| President |
| |
The President shall preside over all the meetings of the General Body Governing Body and sub-committee. He shall have the right to call for emergency meeting for transaction of the urgent matters if any. He can sanction expenditure to the extent of RS.20000/- (Rs Twenty thousand only) at a time in a year subject to subsequent sanction by the Governing body.
President will further the information on technology related objectives, provide leadership, formulate Plans, provide periodical progress report to membership, accountable to the membership for the performance of the Executive committee. He is responsible for improving the membership base to ensure extensive participation in VITA activities. |

| Vice-President |
| |
| The Vice-President may be authorised with the above responsibilities in the absence of President. He will associate in the membership drive to enroll paid members into VITA. |
| |
| Secretary |
| |
| The Secretary shall be the Chief Executive and shall be in charge of the activities of the management of the office of the Association. He shall be the correspondent. He shall convene meetings in consultation with the president. He shall maintain the minutes of the proceedings of the meetings. he shall carry out the resolutions passed by the General Body. He has to place before the General Body every year the revised budget of the financial year and the annual budget for the next year. He shall operate the Bank Account jointly with the Treasurer. he can sanction expenditure to the extent of Rs.9000/- (Rupees Nine thousand only) at a time in a year subject to the sub sequent sanction of the Governing Body. He shall look after the day-to-day administration of the Association. VITA members data assimilation and dissimilation for media and info to VSEZ & STPI will be the responsibility of VITA secretariat. |

| Treasurer |
| |
| The Treasurer shall be the Chief custodian of the funds of the Society. He shall maintain all the registers and accounts of the Association. He shall be in charge of all cash and finance of the Society. He shall operate Bank Account of the Association jointly with the Secretary/President. He shall maintain the Books of accounts subject it to Audit Submit Monthly Financial Report to the Executive Committee and Annual report to the members. Responsible for filing Tax Forms & Legally render other required Financial documents. |

| Funds |
| |
| The funds of the Association shall be deposited with an approved Bank and withdrawal of funds from bank shall be made jointly and severally by the Treasurer and Secretary/president. The funds of the Association shall be spent only for the attainments of the objectives and no portion thereof shall be or transferred directly to any of its members through any means. |

| OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS |
| |
| Finance |
Proper accounts shall be maintained of the sums received and amount of the expenses incurred subject to any reasonable restrictions as to the time & manner of incurring the same that may be imposed in accordance with the regulations of the associations for the time being in force.
*Financial statements shall remain open for inspection of members. |

| Audit |
| At the end of the financial year the financial accounts are subject to verification in audit by the qualified auditor appointed for the year by the General Body of members. The audit shall examine the correctness of the Receipts & Payment account, Income & Expenditure account and Balance Sheet with reference to the available records. Corrective action shall be taken as per suggestions of the auditor. The auditor shall certify the correctness of the annual financial statements. |

| Winding up process |
If up on the winding or dissolution of the Association there remains, after the satisfaction of all its debts and liabilities, any property whatsoever, the same shall not be paid or distributed among the members of the Association, but shall be given or transferred to some other Society having objects similar to the objects of the Association at or before the time of dissolution and in default thereof by such judgement as per the Provisions of the Society's Act 2001.
Enforcement of court judgment against the Association should be against the property of the association.
Members of the Association are liable to be sued for any cause or guilty of offence as a STRANGER. |

| AMENDMENTS |
| |
| No Amendment or alteration is permitted, unless it is voted by 3/5ths of the members present at a meeting and confirmed the votes 1/3rd of the members at the second Special meeting convened by the Governing body at an interval of one month after formal meeting of the associations have the right to enable to alter, extend or abridge the purpose of association. |

| Disputes settlement |
| If any disputes against Society/Management, the settlement will be made under Arbitration & Concealing Act, 1990. Enforcement of court judgment should be against the property of association under Section 8, If the society closes for any reasons, remaining properties of the society are transferred to another Society under section 24 & 25 of A.P Societies Registration Act 2001. |
